Paul Nájera

A proud Texas native, Paul Nájera brings nearly 30 years of experience in leadership, organization, and program management to Overture Business Solutions LLC.

Before retiring from Texas public education in 2020, Paul served as a Band Director at the middle and high school levels. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Music Education from Lamar University in Beaumont, Texas, and was recognized twice as a “Who’s Who Among America’s Teachers.” He also received the PTA Lifetime Membership Achievement Award from the Monnig Middle School PTA in Fort Worth ISD.

Throughout his career, Paul’s responsibilities extended well beyond the classroom. He managed program budgets, coordinated national and international travel, guided Band Booster Organizations, and led teams of music educators and staff. He also served on committees and in leadership roles at the campus and regional levels, including serving as Vice-President of Texas Music Educators Association (TMEA) Region 21. In that capacity, he served on the TMEA State Board, contributing to the broader music education community across Texas.

These experiences strengthened his skills in planning, communication, coordination, and problem-solving while reinforcing the importance of accountability, attention to detail, and teamwork. Following his retirement, Paul continued sharing his musical expertise through private trumpet instruction.

A lifelong learner with an entrepreneurial spirit, Paul is excited to begin a new chapter through Overture Business Solutions LLC. He is passionate about helping others succeed and building meaningful professional relationships with business owners and professionals who value dependable support, thoughtful communication, and a collaborative approach.
